We have three primary goals. 1: Curiously navigate the confusing landscape of fitness, nutrition, and health. 2: Find ways to help people by disseminating what we learn and experience. 3: Encourage more non-fitness enthusiasts to find ways to improve their fitness, nutrition, and overall health.

We've spent way too much money on B.S. supplements, way too much time on crappy workout programs, and we're overwhelmed and discouraged by the misinformation we see on social media. We're confident that we are bringing a much needed voice to a confusing and weirdly exclusive space.

Matt (CPT) and Dylan are lifelong best friends that have been encouraging each other through the ups and downs of fitness and nutrition for almost two decades. They've tried it all. They're still figuring out what works. And more than anything, they want to help people find what fitness and nutrition means to them.
